Mushinko Board Game
PAX East 2025
Mushinko was presented at PAX East 2025, at the BCEC in Boston, MA. BGM Designs features the game alongside BG Mushroom sculptures, chess sets, and other artwork.
Full Game Design
The board, the graphics, vendor management. The whole thing. BGM Designs took a shot at full game design and marketing, trying to bring to life the BG Mushrooms board game.
Global Trade
Rapid prototyping with multiple vendors was required to get Mushinko ready for the crowdfunding and marketing campaigns.
Knowledge Base Creation
Using a process which involved prototyping, pilot testing, cloud hosting, and content creation, a technical software product gets a much needed knowledge base.
Migrating Operations
From a garage to a manufacturing facility, we were able to migrate operations without missing a beat. And then ship thousands of machines in the first year.
